The CHALLENGE:
On Day One, Contestants again will be given a different theme to work within 30 minutes, however the media will be traditionally based of which the contestants are allowed to bring with them within reason their choice of art tools to the event.
On Day Two, Contestants will be given a specific theme from which they will be asked to illustrate within thirty minutes. The media will be digital, through the use of Cintiq tablet PCs provided by our sponsors WACOM.
At the end of the 30 minute battle, a panel of three professionals will judge the works and determine the winners.

TRADITIONAL ART COMPETITION
Accepts entries that are... created with traditional media such as Tria and Copic markers, watercolours, acrylics, gauche, inks and screentones. You are allowed to enter a raw scanned/printed copy of your traditional artwork, as long as you show us the original for verification.

ENVELOPE ART COMPETITION
A new experiment for 2009, this competition requires entrants to decorate and illustrate to their heart's content on any conventional (or unconventional!) envelope and post it to the specified address. There are virtually no rules as to what you can create, however the envelope must be able to contain a sheet of paper (with the entrants details) and able to be sent by the Australian postal network. This is a chance to 'think outside the parcel' and experiment with the medium of mail!
